Policy
Thank you for entrusting your pet with TopKnots 2 Tails. We want to ensure a positive and safe grooming experience for your pets. TopKnots 2 Tails is a small grooming business that makes house calls. Due to that, limited appointments can be taken in a day to make sure your furbabies get the attention they deserved and that the grooming is well completed.
Appointments
A $25 non-refundable fee is required to book an appointment. All appointment slots are first booked and served. TopKnots 2 Tails have the right to refuse services at any time if it's determined in your dog's best interest or displays aggressive behavior. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 3 days before your slot. If you do not contact me, you are responsible to pay for half of your grooming price.
Pet Health Conditions
Please do not proceed with your booked appointment if your pet is ill or injured. Your dog's safety and comfort are the primary concern. If your pet is showing signs of illness, has open wounds, or has an injury, please reschedule your appointments. Rescheduling helps keeps other pets healthy and safe.
Matted or Neglected Coat
Mats are very uncomfortable and unhealthy for your pet. Shave-downs may be necessary at the time of your appointment if your dog is not on a regular grooming schedule or brushed daily. Ashley will help educate owners on proper brushing techniques for their dog(s). If you aren't super big on brushing, a shorter haircut for your dog may be right for you!
